Building Transparency works with a global community of organizations to advance transparency and reduce embodied carbon across the built environment.
These relationships take different forms – philanthropic support, technical and implementation services, and mission-aligned collaboration – each playing a distinct role in sustaining EC3 as a trusted public resource. Learn more about what it takes to maintain EC3.
Charitable Supporters
Why philanthropic support matters
Unrestricted charitable contributions enable Building Transparency to steward EC3 as global public infrastructure – maintaining open access, improving data quality, expanding global EPD coverage, and responding quickly to emerging standards, policy, and market needs.
This flexible support is essential to ensuring EC3 remains neutral, trusted, and freely accessible to the global building community.
